24-hour convenience stores, supermarkets, department stores, hardware stores, bookstores, medical centres, dental clinics, drug stores, money exchangers, banks, salons, barbershops, cinemas and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The condominium sits on top of Il Centro Mall. An indoor walkway on the second floor connects to the Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. Farther, but still accessible by foot, is Robinson's MetroEast Mall.
Monte Carlo Residences, in moderate traffic, is 20-30 minutes away from Libis, Quezon City, 30 from the Ortigas center, and 30 from the Cubao business district.
